OUR TERMS & CONDITIONS

If at any time during the class, you feel discomfort or strain, gently come out of the posture. You may rest at any time during the class. It is important in yoga that you listen to your body and respect its limits on any given day.

By booking on to the class, you agree that yoga is not a substitute for medical attention, examination, diagnosis, or treatment. You should consult a physician prior to beginning any activity program, including yoga. You recognise that it is your responsibility to notify your teacher of any serious illness or injury before every yoga class. You will not perform any postures to the extent of strain or pain.

You understand that if you are not feeling well and have any symptoms of runny nose, high fever, loss or change to smell or taste or have a continuous cough, you should not attend an in-studio or 121 session.

You accept that neither the instructor, nor the hosting facility, is liable for any injury, or damages, to person or property, resulting from the taking of the class.

You understand that you will not receive a class fee refund if you are unable to attend a session for whatever reason, and have not given 24-hour prior notice.

Those under 18 years of age book in to a class under the guidance of a parent or guardian.

Cancellation/Reschedule Policy

A 24-hour notice is required for all cancellations or rescheduled appointments. If our office is not notified of a change prior to 24 hours before your appointment, you will be charged the full price of your session.

If you reschedule the same appointment more than once, you will be charged double for that session.

These fees will be charged to your credit card if we have one on file, otherwise they will be billed to your mailing address and due upon receipt.

By signing below, you acknowledge an understanding of the above policies and agree to be subject to them.
