WELLNESS COACHING

During my time working as a Wellness Coach, I have come to realise that the more we can learn to love and respect our Self, the more natural it feels to take care of our Self.

 

In a society that constantly bombards us with messages that we are not thin enough, beautiful enough, young enough, smart enough and rich enough, it is almost impossible to believe that we are all of those things and more.

 

Through a combination of all the healing modalities I borrow from, my aim is to provide highly specialised and personalised support in order to see my clients thrive in a world that doesn’t always want us to.

My vision is to provide my clients with tools that they are able to take away with them, in order to help themselves by taking full responsibility of their own health and wellness. These tools will always be with you.

 

What you can expect:

 

Authenticity. I truly want each and every person on the planet to be the best, most happy and healthy version of themselves. This takes work. And this work can only be done if we are acting from a place of authenticity. If you TRULY want to improve your health and wellness, then you have already completed the first step.

 

Setting goals. Together we will assess where you are in your current physical, emotional and spiritual state and together we will set goals for what you would like to achieve.

 

Tools. My aim is to open up possibilities to you which western mainstream society has been a little slow to embrace, namely, yoga, meditation, yoga nidra, Chakra balancing, mindfulness, understanding nutrition, lifestyle, Jin Shin Jyutsu self-help, Ayurveda, DōTERRA essential oils and their relation to healthier relationships, lifestyle, career, and overall health and vitality.

 

Openness. You can feel completely safe and at ease, knowing that your potential is recognised and appreciated.

 

Homework. This is to keep you working on your journey to self-awareness even when we are not together. Don’t worry, it’s fun!

 

Humour. I love a good laugh!

 

Tea. With a cup of tea in your hand, anything is possible.
