This ongoing complimentary package is perfect for people who are working towards improving their mental wellbeing as well as releasing physical blocks. You will learn to understand the connection between our mental, physical and emotional Whole. With a coaching session at the start of the week, we will work together to create a yoga and meditation practice to enjoy later on in the week, that compliments where you are on your wellness journey. This allows for a continuous re-wiring of your thought processes, in line with your physical practice
