This complimentary package is perfect for people who are working towards improving their mental wellbeing as well as releasing physical blocks, within a 6 week period. You will learn to understand the connection between our mental, physical and emotional Whole. With a coaching session at the start of the week, we will work together to create a yoga and meditation practice that compliments where you are on your wellness journey. We shall aim to focus on 6 areas of your overall wellbeing that you would like to improve, focusing on 1 area per week.
